* Order Qualifications

Donations are based on new product orders only. Donations are not paid retroactively on previous Frontier product orders. Your supporters must place their new Frontier order by calling the special Great Frontier Donate sales number. Your supporters must provide your tracking code at the time they order.

For an organization to qualify for a donation, a customer must designate that organization when ordering a new Frontier product (a product that is not currently on their account) from the list above. New orders must remain with Frontier a minimum of 45 days from the order date. Renewals or speed/package upgrades do not constitute a new sale. For example, upgrading your Frontier High Speed Internet plan from 768Kbps to 3.0Mbps does not constitute a new sale. However, switching from High Speed Internet to FiOS® Internet does constitute a new sale; see the Great Frontier Donate Terms and Conditions.

Donation Schedules and Payment

Donations are processed monthly on orders that remain on a customer's bill for a minimum of 60 days after installation. Checks are sent to the organization at the end of each month. Depending on the day of the month of the customer installation and subsequent 60 day validation process, the donation would be sent as early as 2 months from the date of order, but most often be sent within 3 months of the order. As a result, there may be up to a 90-day lag to receive donations.
